The group plans well ahead in the future and undertakes continuous expansion and modernization. This has helped it in fortifying itself against turbulences.

The company plans to foray into iron ore benefication, pelletization, cement and enhancement of steel production. The group is also at an advanced stage for obtaining captive coal and iron ore mines. This will mark the group's entry in the field of mining.
The group is already setting up a ferro alloys plant at Raigarh. It has also entered into a MOU with the Government of Orissa for setting up 2.6 LTPA Integrated Steel Plant for manufacturing Specialised and Alloy Steel.
